Learn what to expect and discover how we make your experience smooth, welcoming, and stress-free.

We look forward to caring for your smile and the smiles of all of your family members. We provide care to patients of all ages, from young children to older seniors. Here, your smile is in excellent hands!
Your first visit
When you come in for your first visit, our friendly team will welcome you and help you get settled.
We will ask you to complete a short medical history form, so arriving about 15 minutes early is helpful. If you have a complex medical history, please feel free to bring a printout of medications for your Dentist to review.
Your first appointment will take around 45 minutes. During this time, your dentist will get to know you and your dental history and talk through any questions you may have. We focus on making you feel relaxed, informed and comfortable from the very beginning.
Your child's first visit
We enjoy caring for children and making their first dental visit a positive experience.
Our clinic understand how important this moment is for families, so we take a gentle and fun approach, such as letting your child hold the mirror or count their teeth or ride in the chair.
Are you feeling nervous?
It is very common to feel nervous about visiting the dentist, and we are here to support you. Please let our reception team know if you feel anxious when booking your appointment.
We offer several options to make you feel at ease during the appointment:
- Scheduling the procedure for a separate time
- Relaxed environment for the appointment
Our team has cared for many patients who feel anxious, and we understand that everyone needs something a little different.
We will take things at your pace, explain everything clearly and make sure you feel supported at every step.
What to expect at your first appointment

Dental history discussion
During your appointment you will be greeted by your dentist, where all your concerns will be discussed carefully. Your dentist will run through your full history and get an understanding of your dental issues.

Oral examination and clean
A full oral examination will take place to assess your mouth, gums and teeth for any signs of concern.

X-rays (if required)
Your dentist may recommend taking x-rays of your teeth/mouth and may take some photographs and moulds of your teeth in some occasions where necessary.

Treatment options
This will be followed by a discussion of your treatment options and full estimates of the cost of treatment. We do offer flexible payment plans for larger treatments to make our services accessible for all patients.
